	Rabat IT Center Accredited by the University Mohammed V of Rabat, the research center « Rabat Information Technology Center » brings together more than 100 professors specialized in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), but also in other disciplinary fields; mathematics, management, economics and human and social sciences for a total of about 580 researchers.
	Mohammed V University Was founded in 1957 under a royal decree. It is the first modern university in Morocco after the University of al-Qarawiyyin in Fez. Prof. Abdellatif El Afia, Professor at Mohammed V University in Rabat, is one of the General Chairs that is organizing LOPAL 2020 edition.
	ENSIAS Founded in 1992, the National School of Computer Science and Systems Analysis (ENSIAS) is one of the ten institutions of the University Mohammed V – Souissi. It is a major engineering school specializing in Information and Communication Technologies. Its mission is to train state engineers and research for the technological and economic development of Morocco.
